"Cam-type" thread milling cutters for high speed threading of non-ferrous and carbon steels.

Thread milling is a high speed alternative to screw cutting and rolling of nonferrous and low carbon steel.

The process is very quick, offering long tool life from solid tooling in either carbide or HSS grades.

This type of thread-milling cutter utilises helical thread which plunges at 1:1 ratio producing the desired thread with minimal cycle time.

Our offering includes manufacture of new cutters & refurbishment and regrind of existing cutters.

We manufacture in both HSSE & carbide to suit a variety of standard and non-standard machine styles.

These cutters are intended to be fully refurbished, even to the point of stripping and reforming the existing threads and flutes.

We offer full refurbishment regardless of the extent of damage to the flutes & threads.
